No doubt the car is at fault but the bus drivers most of the time bully the small vehicles as they know that they are not going to get hurt in this type of collisions. here the bus driver could have slowed to let the car pass and could have averted the collision. on national and state highways the heavy vehicles cover all the three lanes and dont allow the smaller cars to overtake . I have travelled thosands of kms by car and seen this common among all states .

The driver must know his limitations and skills + his car's limitations. If one thing goes out of place, these accident are bound to happen. You have to be precise! Else be patient enough
